Per North Dakota Board of Massage Therapy (NDBMT) state law requirements, students will complete practical hours of training. This practical time will help students learn timing, gain specific experience to treat dysfunctions/pathologies, and learn customer service skills.

To begin your appointment on time, please arrive 10 -15 minutes prior (to SUITE B on the FIRST FLOOR) for your appointment time. Restrooms are located in the middle of the building hallway for your use before starting your session.

Each Student Massage will be performed within a private treatment room. The Instructor will be checking in throughout the session to ensure learning and questions are being answered for optimal learning!

After your session, your Student Therapist will visit with you and offer post-massage report and instruction as well as check-out your service and get you rescheduled for your next session!

Clinic Sessions are 60 or 120 Minutes in duration. The session will include a Consultation, Instructor Interaction, Post-Massage Report, and Feedback Form for the Student. ** NEW! ONE ADD-ON is included in your session! Your appointments are greatly appreciated!

Appointment Policy
You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours in advance for all services scheduled.
A full deposit is taken upon scheduling each student massage. Please write your appointment time down in a secure location.
If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.

Deep Tissue

Designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. It is often recommended for individuals who experienced consistent pain and are involved in heavy physical activity and patients who have sustained physical injury.
Relaxation
$45 / $90
Melt your stresses away and heal your mind, body and soul with soothing relaxation massage techniques, radiating heat therapy and enchanting music.
Sports Massage
$45 / $90
Involves the care of athletes by utilizing the knowledge of specific sport bio-mechanics and applying related massage techniques and stretches to promote the healing of overused tissue. You may consider bringing athletic shorts and top to enable stretching and mobility work.
Pregnancy Massage - Belly Table
$45 / $90
Assists expectant mothers from 1st trimester to delivery with relaxation and to increase energy and relieve discomfort during the pregnancy.
This service is available using a special "Belly Table" which allows a "tummy down" position or can be done in a side-lying position on the table. Please make sure you specify upon your booking which position you are requesting!
Pregnancy Massage - Side-lying

Assists expectant mothers from 1st trimester to delivery with relaxation and to increase energy and relieve discomfort during the pregnancy.

Medical Massage

Provides care for various medical conditions using medical assessment test and methods of massage to common conditions includes migraines, sciatic nerve pain, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and TMJ.
Static "Parked" Cupping Massage
$45 / $90
A wonderful addition to your therapeutic massage session!
Cupping is an ancient bodywork that works by creating suction and vacuum pressure that is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesion and separate fascia, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathway. FYI: Static cupping does most often leave small round circles.
Dynamic "Moving" Cupping Massage
$45 / $90
Dynamic cupping is performed with a silicone cup and used to manipulate connective tissues from various angles and also encourage lymphatic flow. Dynamic cupping not only feels amazing but also addresses tension without the "octopus"circles post treatment.
Hot Stone Massage / CoreStone Massage

Hot basalt stones or CoreStones are used in long massage strokes to sooth tired muscles, relax the mind and to enhance a state of tranquility.

A luxurious massage session side-by-side with your loved one! Two student Therapists will provide you with a 60 or 120 minutes of unparalleled relaxation and bodywork! **PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY IS PREGNANT. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION.**
